Do you wear underwear with running shorts with a liner? Scared it is going to jump around while running or get a boner. Please help

When I run / workout I wear Nike Pro Combat compression shorts. They are SO comfortable. I'd wear them on a day to day basis if I could.

Well I run in PE and always wear underwear under my PE shorts anyway but I know that those shorts show your dick no erect anyway with underwear on so I would never dream of doing PE commando

I wear my p.e. shorts over my briefs and all is good but once when I only wore my briefs when I was jumping my (stuff) was bouncing and the feeling gave me a boner but I made it to a seat before it went right up lol

I would wear sports briefs - cotton/elastane mix good support but a jock is good to.

sports briefs is probably a good idea, or compression shorts!
Normal boxers will ride up and make running uncomfortable, but if it's too hot outside compression shorts won't make you feel any better
