I am a junior in high school and I think I have a small penis.
I am 2.5 ish inches without an erection and I think 4-5 inches with an erection.
For a 16 year old, is it small to masturbate or have sex?
I don' think it has been growing recently.
BTW I have an uncut penis.

I'm the same as you, but I'm a bit over weight as I told it effects its size due to the fat until I lose.
So i'm not sure how much you weigh, but otherwise just needs time, It doesnt stop growing til you're 18-20ish.

your penis is ok. you still have time to grow. penis growth usualy stops in the early 20's.
your's is not to small to masturbate or have sex.
