has anyone hre modded there xbox?

just wondering how many people here have modded there xbox and what things you have done with it?

please don't post if you have had someone do it for you.

250 gb maxtor hard drive, but I'm thinking of downgrading because it takes too long for it to stop spinning when I turn my xbox off.

I havn't done any case mods yet, except for adding a green led fan, but I'm thinking of buying a clear case. and adding some cold cathodes.

i dont even have xbox live, i would rather mod than play online. and besides thats what XBC is for :)

never owned an xbox but knew a kid who added stuff to his

last time i saw it he moved it into a computer case to fit all the memory and all

he was adding a projector to the case so he could take it on the road and project it on ay wall

inside the case looked great
ill have to see how its comming
