October 11th : Coming Out Day

I mentioned in my 'Bisexuality Day' thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=192402) that October 11 is coming out day, basically the day where LGBTers are encouraged to come out about their sexuality.

It may be just an arbitrary date, but different things are assigned certain days of the year so that everyone is reminded of them annually. If you have been thinking of coming out, then the calendar will be on your side this Friday.

I myself have not actually fully come out, but I want to do that either tomorrow or Friday, the actual day. I just need to stop talking and actually do it.

Update: It turns out that someone who I wanted to find out about my sexuality actually did, though I didn't realise it. Apparently he's going to "set me up". Whatever that means :D. There is nothing stopping him from telling others. So I'll be the person who makes sure he does.

And on that, I actually didn't find the motivation to tell the guy that he can say it to everyone. So I haven't actually come out to anyone today.
Yet.
I've sent an email to someone I know at school and will tell them. I hope the person is online though, so I can just tell him.
Argh I get all the motivation coming up to school but not when in it >.< . It'll happen soon, I know it will. Resistance is useless!

That's nice. (Not like they embarrass you and act disgusted when you mention a crush, like when I mentioned that I had a celebrity crush on NPH.) (On a side note: that was some time ago.)
