My Name Is Sylvia. I suffer From Social Anxiety And Depression. I Do Not Go To School. I Dropped Out In 7TH Grade. I Have No Friends. I Am Very Sad And Very Lonely. I Spend A Lot Of Time Watching TV Or Reading. I Have Not Been Reading So Much Lately, I Try But I Just Can't. I Smoke A Lot Of Weed. It Makes Me Feel Less Shitty Sometimes. I Saw This Site And Thought Maybe There Are People On Here Like Me. I Feel Like My Life Is Over. I Don't Have The Energy To Even Try. I Want To Die Just Cause Im Too Tired To Live Anymore. Idk. I Guess Im Kinda Just Ranting. I Feel Invisible And Like Everyone IS Watching And Judging At The Same Time. I Don't Know What To Do Anymore. I Need Help.
P.s. My Keyboard Is Messed Up And Capitalizes The First Letter Of Every Word In Case You Were Wondering.

Hello and welcome to VT.
First off why did you drop school? I know it's hard as fuck and good people are so mean but i guess you could finish HS.
I know weed can help you relax but smoking it everytime or a lot of it won't help at all, keep in mind im not judging you, just want to help you. I really do.
We all feel shitty sometimes, go for a run, read ad you do, listen to music, fuck it even cry if you need to.
I need to ask this, how are your parent in the middle of this? What they think?

Hi,
As you are reading this and aware of your problem, because being aware and having the desire to change is the first step to change, that means you can continue growing in a positive way. And as you are aware that you have the desire to change, I wonder what would happen if you aligned yourself with people who used to suffer from Social Anxiety and Depression and have over came it. If you can model these people, perhaps you can become aware of how to change. I, myself used to suffer from Social Anxiety and Depression. I have written a compelling blog to help teenagers move (move, now) into a new state of awareness so they can decide what they want in their life. As for now, I have only joint today, after five posts, I can apparently post this blog. If you follow my footsteps on here, you can read this blog and come into awareness of my past and journey; therefore you can compare it and follow my foot steps in reality.
First off, you don't need help. There is nothing to repair. I don't say this from perspective from making you want to feel good (although, it may have that effect now as you read these words anyway), I come from the perspective that nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing within you is broken. I wonder what would happen if you accepted that as truth. And if you ..choose to accept that as truth, I'll explain why. "Nothing within me is broken and I don't need help?" Exactly. I say this simply because I see peoples psychology and results as a computer. If a computer isn't working, people may say it is broken, however it is not. There has just been either a miscommunication or misunderstanding in the software world or hardware world. From the operator/technician to the computer. If you are using notepad but wish to use microsoft word, yet you haven't installed microsoft word, but because you can't get on, you state your computer is broken, it is clearly and utterly obvious you would have a miscommunication with the truth. The same process and thinking process applies to life. You are experiencing Social Anxiety and Depression, correct? This isn't because there is anything wrong or broken. This is simply because you are unaware of how to not experience Social Anxiety and Depression. In the humans case we label Social Anxiety and Depression as a bad experience, merely because it feels bad. However, it is just a label. If you become aware, like the technician does for the computer, to install a new awareness; then you can result in having a more positive growth. And if the technician does this, they can use microsoft word.
Understand you must change your psychology, not repair it. If you want to use Windows 7, but you have Windows XP operating system installed, you wouldn't say; "My computer is broken", you would state "I need to change my opearting system". I and Change are highlighted for a reason there.
I wonder what would happen if you became aware of the fact you want to change (which you have, I applaud you for that, well done) and then move into a shift of "how can I change?". The same process that a technician needs to buy a new operating system from a computer store, would apply here. You need to adopt a new thinking process. How are you going to do that? Are you going to do some research? Are you going to become aware you can change, then decide to? I wonder what would happen if you decided (right here, right now) to change your focus from "I need help" towards "I am focusing on what I desire". And then you need to look back and ask "What do I desire?".
MAKE THE DECISION TODAY. AND NEVER LOOK BACK AGAIN.

Well, I'm not good for advice here, mainly because I have pretty much the exact same problems as you. I guess all I can really say is to keep soldiering on, because you never know what great things may be around the corner. That's what keeps me from being suicidal. You are absolutely not alone.

I just want to live my life and be happy, but I truly believe I will never get there. Sometimes I feel like giving my life and donating what i have to give someone else a shot at life. Someone who can appreciate life.
