it last like 10-15mins. sometimes im just hungry but other times i do feel rather nauseous. at first its a pain for like a min to 5 mins but then it just turns into a nauseous feeling.

Maybe it's because you have an empty stomach.

I would say that you should eat something small before masturbating because maybe your stomach needs something in it. I am not saying that you have to have a three course meal, but you can eat something small like a Mars bar or something like that to give your stomach something.

I am not sure if this is your problem, but some guys feel guilty about masturbating, and the stomach aches happen because their nervous. If you feel bad about masturbating, then don't worry because jacking off is normal, and there is nothing wrong with it.

probably just that you are new to masturbating and the muscles are not used to being used in that way. Probably will stop hurting after you've gained some experience.

If it's a sick feeling instead, then it might be that your stomach is getting churned up during ejaculation. I've heard of this but never had it happen to me though.
