Hi Guys My Name Is Bryan. I Think I Might Be Depressed But Its Been So Long I Fear I Might Have Repressed It. I Can Barely Remember The Last Time I Was Truly Happy, And Even When Im Happy I Still Dont Really Feel Happy. I Always Have This Pain Or Feeling In My Stomach/Chest That Something Is Missing. It's Been About 3 Years And I Dont Know What To Do :(

You should get in touch with some kind of psychologist.
I think they can make you feel better.

I wanna try that also but i have no idea where i can find one..

I agree with Denon, I would find a therapist or psycholigist who specializes in depression. You might not think it will help, but you'd be surprised. They'll help figure out what the problem is and try to fix it.

You need an expert opinion, talk with a professional.

As with the others above, talking to someone about it always helps.

You could start of with talking to a school counselor, which is easy to arrange on your own, who could then refer you to a therapist.

I agree with all the above posters. as Ezra said start with your counselor if that doesn't work out maybe he/she can refer you to a counselor or a Psyhcologist. do look into getting professional help.

From my own personal experience you can be considered clinically depressed

Yes, reach out to your school counsellor. Rightly said, Ezra. This is what they do all day and they can be of great help to you. Also, getting in touch with your school counsellor will be a lot more easier than hunting for a psychologist.

If it's any consolation, you can also talk to any of us present here, on this thread. However, I believe we're no experts here.

Good luck.
