I'm pretty sure i'm bisexual, but the thing is, I have never had sex and i'm pretty young so is it too soon to say?
And when do you think you knew what sexuality you are?

You said it exactly, you are too young to say. I'm in a relationship with a boy and started out calling myself gay. But then noticed certain things about girls caused a reaction, so I changed gay to bi. But the reaction to girls might just be over hyper hormones. So I've decided not to try making a decision on where my sexuality stands for a long while.
I'm just too young and have so many changes to go through still. Just don't sweat it and enjoy whatever it is you're enjoying right now. It will sort itself out eventually and it will all be okay.

I accepted my sexuality in June of this year, but I knew for years before. You don't have to have sex to be sure of your sexuality, you can know way beforehand. But you don't need to rush for a label, if you don't want to.

If "pretty sure" then you can identify as bi. I knew by age 12.

i knew when i was about 8..think it's just different for everyone.
Also sex doesn't define your sexuality, just so you know.

I've liked people, I've dated people, I've even sexually interacted with people and I *still* don't know my sexuality! :P
For me, I'm pretty sure I'm bisexual. I honestly think it just takes time and experience. For me, I've noticed that I look more (sexually) at guys than I do at girls, but I still don't know if I'm just gay in denial/straight in denial.
Maybe just give it some time, and maybe after a few relationships and/or sexual encounters, you'll start getting a better idea of your sexuality.
