hmmm...to be honest with you: this is the first time that I've ever heard of a case of "varying penis length". Though if it doesn't hurt, I can't imagine that there's anything wrong with it/your penis.

If you measure the same it may be different depending on how hard you are. For me if im hard im 7.5 but when im really hard its easily 8in

I believe its totally normal for our penis to vary in length. I have the same problem. Mine is 7.5 one day and the next time it gets a little shorter. This also happens to my girth, it will vary in girth too.. We just have to be proud of the fact that we have really big dicks. Bigger than those tiny 6 inchers!!!! LOL

Same, depending on how horny I am it can be 7-7.5 such as a girl I was having sex with yesterday I just couldn't get in the mood and she couldn't even get me erect

I think it's that sometimes it's 80/90% erect and other times it's 100% erect. It depends on how much blood has flowed into the spongy tissue and how much blood pressure there is in there. I guess that's what Viagra and other "boner pills" make happen.

Depends on the degree of hardness / horniness! Its normal to vary slightly.

That's what I was about to say.
It depends on the coordination part of your brain. If it has been stimulated well enough, it will send the maximum blood to the spongy cells in the penis and this is what makes the penis harder and longer sometimes. :)

It all depends on how aroused you are. If you are more horny, typically your erection will be longer than what it might be if you weren't.
