There is no standard age, but I believe at around 11/12 years old is common.

usually between 10 and 15. If you've not started puberty by 16, you should see a doc for hormone treatment. It's a safe bet that by 18, all boys have pubes

And then a bunch of them shave it off so it doesn't really seem to matter.

Definitely by 18. If nothing's happening by 15, then there is something now wrong.

there's no an age, depends each people but mostly between 12 to 18

Usually around 11ish, but everyone is different, some are late bloomers and dont start until around 16.
