So I have to go to a camp in about five weeks and want to slim down for it I have a fat % of 17-18 and a bmi of 22. Under my fat which is not thick I can fell my abs and barely see them. at the top of my chest. So I was wondering any good techniques for losing fat fast like 5 weeks kind of fast and good pec and ab workouts. Don't want to take anything or body build just slim down and tone cause this girl I like will be there and so... Anyways will this help boost testosterone levels for guys in puberty? I don't want to hear be happy with your body, I am I just want to be happier. And the guys have to share dorms and showers so I want to look more athletic.
