There's no easy way to tell. If you started quite early, you're probably there. However, enjoy what you have!

just enjoy what you got. most girls wont care at all the size of your penis. if she loves you it wont matter at all

maybe about 17 18 I would think - but you got what you got.

It stops growing completely around 20. So it'll probably grow a few more mm or even a few cm if you're lucky.
