How should i go about talking to this girl?

So i am a senior. During gym class i go to the weight room. There's this really pretty girl that sometimes comes in with her friend. She only comes in like once a week for a few minutes. Other times i have no idea what she does cause im just in the weight room the entire time. Anyways, I think shes really beautiful and i dont know her but it seems to me that she is a very nice girl that has a great and very happy personality. I see her like twice in the hallways through the school day. Sometimes i catch her looking at me. Today im like 95% sure she realized i was walking past her so she did this really pretty hair flip with a smile. (not looking at me) One time in the weight room she was on this machine and i go next to her to grab some weights and when i looked up i think she smiled at me but im not too sure.

Anyways, how should i approach this girl. Should i talk to her if i see her in the weight room? (Also, the weight room only has like a max of 8 people and its pretty quiet so people might hear stuff i say) Should i try to talk to her in the hallways?
If i go and talk to her what should i say? Should i just straight up tell her i think shes pretty? I want to try talking to her tomorrow since its friday. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Make casual conversation at first because it is quite awkward, not saint some girls won't like it, to just go up to them and say they are pretty. If the convo goes well and you're both about to go just ask if she's doing anything on the weekend or wants to go see a movie. Works quite well

I meant if the conversation was not awkward and it went well and if you are both about to leave then ask her then.

And it depends, if you think she will not mind that then go for it but *some* girls may find it awkward. :)

Just make it casual and take it slow. like if you see her on a machine just be like "oh that's an awesome machine, it gives a good work out" if she's interested, she'll respond and the conversation will happen
