So I just got done with a math test like 3 minutes ago and during it I was not stable mentally. I'm still not mentally stable. it's gotta be from the nos energy drink I had in first hour... Either way I had a panic attack and I'm in need of help because I'm irritable. I want to punch a hole in the wall and yell at the top of my lungs. Help? :( please.......

Ah Energy drinks suck man, I avoid them like the plague. The best bit of advice I can give is just to like give it time, I mean like it will improve in the next 30 minutes or so so yeah I find watching Friends or listening to something calming like the Beatles really helps for me if I ever feel like that so yeah hope this helps dude

Try drinking water to try flushing out of your system.

Doing something that calms you down well, a nice shower, and some sleep can do a lot. If you really want to release these emotions, smashing up some wooden sticks can help (really), but don't rely on it too much, as it's only a fast way to release huge amounts of anger.
And tell someone how you feel.

Water is the best way as the other user said. Otherwise just wait for it to run out of your system. There is a reason you are supposed to not drink energy drinks.

Definitely have some water, if you are in a position you can take a nap, do that. Wait it out.

Thanks for the help, guys. I drank a bunch of water and flushed that shit out of me.
And yeah, I have been doing my best to get away from energy drinks but it's tough because I'm medically addicted to Caffeine..
I don't usually get such strong effects from the drinks. tried Nos for the first time and turns out that it's a lot worse than the other ones... I read the can not too long ago. It has 360 mg of caffeine versus Monster which has only 180... AGain, thanks for the help. It really means a lot. :)
It's 10 PM and I'm back to my regular self again.
