only that at puberty you tend to experience all 3 as your skin does get oily and you sweat more.

No, there is no connection. Acne is mainly caused by hormones.

Assuming by summing you mean ejaculating rather than having dry orgasms there is a link but one does not cause the other.

Instead there is a common cause. Testosterone causes the glands that produce cum to develop and thus enables you ejaculate. Testosterone also causes the skin to become more oily which is a factor in acne. Finally testosterone works on the brain to make you horny and want to masturbate.

So, avoiding masturbating or cumming won't help your acne it will just leave you really horny.
