Hey girls! Any ideas to help relieve menstrual cramps?

Over the counter mediation like avill may help a little.
I curl up with a pillow in a fetal position when i can.

I usually lay on a heating pad and if you know that you always have cramps or you kinda just feel them starting it helps to take pain meds before they get too bad, thats what works for me
