So I wanna get fit and in shape for when summer decides to jump out on us down in Australia, but cause I'm a total geek practically I'm near clueless about the workout life and stuff.

I want to like lose stomach fat and get a smaller ass, cause it's big + back curve heavily accentuates it. Ahahah awks.

I just wanted to ask the people of VT (who do workout and stuff or have decent knowledge on the topic) about how often I should exercise, rest days, diets etc. (Probably too much to ask for)

Any help would be appreciated (:

Thats all depends on your target you wann achive. i suggest for the beginning body toning with pilates for yoga. thats gets your body flexable and tighter. it will prevent you from injuries.... nutrition is one of the secrets...... i worked out 3-4times a week and change my workout routine after 4 weeks regularly

An easy thing to do (along with eating healthy) would be to make jogging a habit. Go for a jog in the morning that's not too lengthy, but enough to get your heart pumpin'.

Begin training three days a week and slowly graduate to five days a week, then every day of the week. I recommend triathlon as it's an intense and enduring sport that is full cardio which helps lose fat. Be sure to warm up and stretch a lot to avoid injuries and you're good to go. :)
