What fraction or percentage approximent does the. Gland take up of ur penis? My penis gland takes up about 45%. Any thoughts?

I guess as your penis grows - some growth will occur and the rest catch up

so your glans I thing develop first then other all girth that is the way it was for me a bit. my foreskin did not seem to keep up - got tight but ok now.

That's most likely what it is. Your glands are growing than the rest of your penis (the shaft etc.).
