Is the gland of ur penis supposed to b really sensitive to touch? I'm uncut and mine hurts when I touch it.

It is sensitive but it shouldn't hurt. If it is painful to the touch and it's a bit discoloured, then it could be Candidiasis, a fungal infection. But it's always a good idea to go to the doctor. I had the same symptoms as you a month ago, got diagnosed with Candidiasis, and got a cream to stop it. Everything's fine now.

This could moved to the VT Hospital to get more replies.

I think if you're uncut it is, I couln't get my foreskin back so I could never tell before I was cut.

Are you uncut? If you are just starting to pull your foreskin back and you've never really touched the glans before, it can sting for a bit. It gets less painful with time. Its meant to be sensitive but shouldnt hurt unless youre exposing it for the first few times. Be careful not to get soap or shower gel on it until the painful sensitivity goes away.
