hi all. I'm kind of new to this forum. I was going through the archives and found a couple of threads about girls having things for older guys - like in their 20's and early 30's maybe.

I'm kinda relieved that i'm not the only one and there are other girls who like older and mature guys cos here i thought i was a weird one. :D

it also kinda sucks that this sort of attraction has to be kept a secret as if its something dirty. especially coming from a society where premarital sex is frowned upon.

so anyone else attracted to or has been with an older guy? If so, how old? Or how old would you go?

I've never been attracted to guys at all, the oldest I would go with a girl right now is probably 15, though I have found 17-25 year old girls really attractive, I wouldn't date them at 13 years old.

It's OK to be attracted to older guys. Girls have the tendency to prefer older partners of the opposite sex as they appear more mature physically, mentally and psychologically, although they may not be. I'm not a lot attractive sexually to older girls, I get moderate attention from girls my age, but I have huge success when it comes to girls one or two years younger than me. I'm 18, by the way. So yes, this behavior is normal and you shouldn't worry about what society thinks of you, as it has an awful double standard against women. Don't pressure yourself into changing your liking because of others. :P

I've dated a lot of older guys. They're more mature and experienced. I still date guys my own age, but prefer the older ones. So if you're comfortable with it, go for it!

I personally don't think it's wrong at all to feel attraction to older guys, and that most every girl does. It's generally seen as more appealing, due to greater maturity or experience that may come with that age, along with the development out of puberty or most any sort of 'awkward stage'. That being said as far as actually dating I would probably cap that at about 2 years at may age (16), but that obviously adjusts later on in life.

I am in a good friendship with a girl at my school, and we often talk about such things, though we never had sex together. She is now 17 and says she never had sex with someone younger than 30 - including her first time, when she was hardly 15 (which is legal in Germany, the younger one must be at least 14). I think there's definitely something in this, even if it's not totally serious. Only experience is that last year my younger sister had a couple of friends around and one of them was saying that the other had already wanted to try out a older guy. Apparently her mission was to pull guys at uni and she only just turned 16. I thought it was hilarious, and yes have to admit that I got it on with her when she came over a couple of weeks later to see my sis!

Why not? If all you want them for us an orgasm, then all that matters is their ability to give you one. You don't go to a grocery store for hammers. Why would you go to a fuck buddy for anything but sex?

I have dated younger girls and don't think age matters unless the gap is big enough to have nothing in common, different stage in life and interests! If it's just about sex and talk about it then it doesn't overly matter to me!

I have a friend that was a senior when I was still in middle school. I was attracted to him because he was nice to me, a little kid, had the kind of body I hoped to develop, and was really smart. We have seen each other naked in showers many times and I never had any sexual attraction for him. Neither of us ever popped a boner in front of each other. Now, as I am beginning to admit to myself that I am very bi-curious I am very sexually attracted to him, for the same reasons when I considered my self totally straight. That's life. :rolleyes:
