Okay so today I got the gracious opportunity to go to an event called "The Candy Dance"
It gets taken place in Genoa Nevada, which was the first settlement ever, making the town an important piece of Nevada history! Of course, I didn't leave without my camera ;)
I learned so much today, I learned about the town and its history, and I learned about the importance of the candy dance. They use the funds from that to pay for everything in the city for the entire year, until the next one. It actually has thousands of people, and hundreds of stands of merchandise and foods, and plenty of places to look around.
I had a blast today, and I going to share a few pictures that I took

There was a vendor there that had statuettes of animals, and other stuff, made completely from gold! I remember saying each statue has about 24 carats of gold, and I just thought the detail of the sculpting was so beautiful and accurate and just well done, I had to get a picture of it!

This is a close up of a wine bottle decorated in these decorative peddles, and they came in different colors and shapes, I'd definitely store my wine in there

This was just something really cool that reminded me of my best friend that I met through an anime con :3

This is a fountain, it had rubber duckies in the cups and it was just really awesome! :3

I know that this picture has bad composition and is a bit blurry, but I had to snap this quick. A doe was wandering around the old farming machinery and it was an awesome moment for me since I dont get to see deer a whole lot.

These are cute little decorations made by these people who take old watch parts and put them with their clay sculptures to make steampunk items and these ones glow in the dark, and they are just really cool :D

this is one of the many beautiful views you can get in Genoa, it was just so amazing there, if you ever can, I recommend taking a visit there.
