Does anyone else suffer from PMDD cause I do and it has been a huge struggle in my life and I would like to know what it's like for other people that suffer from it too. Please feel free to share I'd really like to hear what it's like for others.

Pmdd stands for premenstrual dysphoric disorder

I don't have an experience myself(At least I don't think so) but my mother has the same issue. She rarely gets out of the house, and has panic attacks when she does go out... Pretty much ends up staying in the bedroom most of the day. :C

We're finding out that Birth control seems to help a bit. Y'know, something to consider if you want it to be a bit easier on you.

I don't, I don't PMS very much at all. I suppose I am pretty lucky. If you ever want to talk about anything, vm me. If you're feeling badly (caused by PMDD or not) I can try and help.
