I am 17, 18 in December yet I still have the penis that I had when I was 3 - very small with no 'helmet'. I have pubes, facial hair, my voice has somewhat deepened. However, as I am around the age for fooling with girls I would be severely embarrassed if anyone would see it. I have definitely gone through some sort of puberty as I have pubic, armpit and facial hair. Can anyone shed any light on this? I don't know what to do, I'm just praying one day it will grow :( it is literally a two-year old penis

Well first off, why should the girl worry about your size? Unless youre just one of those people who want sex, and not love. If a girl likes you enough, she shouldnt worry about your size.
Anyways, it is kind of odd that you are almost 18 and it hasn't grown at all. There is a slight chance that it wont grow, but you still have about a year or so yet. It may not grow alot, maybe another inch or so. But who knows, everybody's different.

If you trying to judge size by what you read on this site, forget it. If average is 5.7 inches, for every 7 incher who brags here, they is a 4.4 incher out there who doesn't post on here. For every 8 incher, there is a guy out there with 3.4 inches. I think I heard the average vagina is only 4-5 inches deep, so how much do you really need? Also, some guys dicks grow till as late as 21 years old.

If your penis is as small as you say it is and your 18, then you definitely need to seek medical attention. I remember there was this guy on here who was in a similar situation like you, and he ended up having some testosterone problems causing him to not actually go through puberty. He did have an outline of an adult's body by the time he was 18, but his penis did not develop properly, and his body could not produce sperm. At this point girls are the least of your problems if you are as underdeveloped as you are. Talk openly with your doctor and figure out if your development is where it should be and if your testosterone levels are all right. It is one thing if you were like 13 and were like this because that is normal, but at your age you should be pretty much done with puberty and not still look like a child.
Don't get discouraged because the guy I was talking about ended up going on treatment, and he caught up with folks his age within a year. He ended up being normal in everyway though the year he was on testosterone he did five years of puberty in twelve months. In the end, things worked out for him.
Over the short-term, I would not worry about the girls because if the girl really likes you, then she'll be your partner as you get treatment. You would be surprised on how understanding most people are about body stuff if the person has a good personality.

That's too undeveloped considering all the other developing you've done. Like the person above me said, it seems like an indication of some sort of condition that needs to be checked by a doctor and be given whatever treatment might be necessary. Like it's not your penis that's the problem, it's whatever might be keeping it from developing is the problem.

I don't have any difficulty getting hard or producing sperm, its just weird, I honestly thought it'd have grown by now..but no. 18 in a few months and a 5 year old's penis is probably bigger

it's really scary like will it happen at all? I can't go through life like this. Could it be because I use to sleep on my front constricting my penis for about 5 years?

Sleeping on it doesn't stunt growth. If it did, it would hurt a lot.

Genetics and hormones, just the way they are :(
Second Chance's reply is pretty good, checking up with a doctor does no harm.

Are you overweight? if you are then that could be a really big factor.

Exactly how big is it soft and hard? Mine grew along with my body around 11 or 12 years old before I even thought about the size of my penis. At 14 years old when I started measuring it, it didn't grow much after that.
