Barren land, air icy cold.
Radiators on high, to keep shivering on hold.
Snow falls down, water freezes.
Wind wisps by in frosty breezes.
Airlines packed, tickets from the printer.
Birds migrate swiftly in this time called winter.
Flowers blooming, plants growing.
Green grass forms lawns for mowing.
Animals awaken, they step into the dew.
They look to a sky that is a pretty bluish hue.
The rain falls gently on birds that sing.
The sun shines bright in this time called spring
Extreme heat, sun beating down.
An abundance of festivals occurring downtown.
Bright sunlight, enough to bleach.
Warm grains of sand line the beach.
School is out, children become dumber.
Nature flourishes in this time called summer.
Trees turn orange, grass turns brown.
Plants die as leaves fall down.
The heat resides, the sky goes gray.
Dusk comes sooner to end the day.
The landscape transforms, from top to bottom.
Animals hide in this time called autumn.
What once was there, cannot last forever.
Hence our mood changes with the weather.
Sometimes hot, and other times cold.
Mother Nature shall unfold.
Things become different, others become strange.
It's a never-ending cycle, when the seasons change.
