We've left the "hot" season and into the rainy season (apparently this lasts pretty much all year) and it's the best weather I've experienced in September in the last three years of living in America. Just moved to this state.

So low to mid 60s F, raining all week in constant drizzle. So lovely. But my feet are frozen. Currently it's 55 but it's midnight.
