There's this boy I've been talking to, and he's become a friend of mine. We plan on meeting up sometime this weekend.

He's showed feelings towards me, like calling me baby, telling me he loves me, saying corny little things, things like that. And asking me if I'll ever wanna be more than friends.
And I'm not really showing any feelings back, because although he's my friend, I really don't know him too well.
But it bothers me when he lies about stupid little things. He will ignore me for hours, yet he can post things and other blah blah.
It's like I don't know how I feel about him, but little things he does I care about. I care about things that only a girlfriend would care about. Like having wcw's and stuff, lol.
Is this me being jealous? Him being stupid?
Am I doing him wrong?
What should I do?

Well, what does he lie about? And what do you care about him? From the way I see it, you have to list down the pros and cons about this guy. Then, you make a decision that you, and not anybody else, want.

Personally though, I find him maybe a little strange, since he seems just a little obsessed, even though you don't know each other that well.

But for sure trust your instincts seems like you might be better staying friends for now and just see how that goes. If he lies now bet he keeps lying and you really do not know what to believe.

Maybe he is just finding his way in expressing feelings but is not sincere.
