Just walk up and say hi, start a conversation with her. Find out her interests. If she seems nice and somewhat likes her, ask her if she wants to talk tomorrow or something like that. If it goes well the next few days, ask for her number or ask to hang out somewhere. Just make sure she's not in a relationship first.
