Ok man, let me put one word to explain this. Hormones. I will say this is a bit wrong but it will become hugely wrong if you want and attempt to persue some sort of sexual relationship of such. If you do find her attractive try to keep it quite but just remember its only because of hormones and will wear off soon.

Its hormones, just dont act on them and do something wrong. But dont worry, its totally natural to look at your sister in a different way during puberty.
