Sometimes my sperm is sticky and sometimes its not. What is happening. am i messed up or what??

No there is nothing wrong. It might be because it's dried up before you touch it probably?

It's nothing to worry about, you're most probally still developing and not producing sperm at a constant rate.

i have sticky bits, as well as watery bits, dont worry about it

It's probably because you haven't developed far enough to produce sperm at a constant rate.
