Muscle mass & height correlation?

So I notice that some of my taller friends have more muscle on their arms than I do, even if they have fat covering it. I'm about 5' 7", and they're like between 6' and 7'. Does height have anything to do with muscle mass? Like would longer bones have more "space" for muscle to grow on?

My guess is that because they're taller, their muscles are more defined

Well, puberty causes muscle growth in some parts but do they do weight exercises or anything? And JohnTaylor also has a valid point as well.

I don't think there is any real fixed correlation. I've seen really buff short guys and scrawny tall guys.
