I was at a retreat this weekend and i was canoeing with this other guy. He told me to take my shirt off and swim with him. I did take my shirt off and swam but why did he ask for my to take my shirt off. Is he gay?

Agree with you there! Not much sense swimming with your shirt on but depends on if he was flirting with you or not. I wouldn't go jumping to conclusions that he is gay just because of that.
