I'm just wondering. Who all work out daily. What do you do?

I walk/ run about an hour a day ( 6-7 miles depending on the day) 6 day a week. I rest saturday, cause my body needs a break.

90 minutes in gym class. Varies each day. On fridays we go bowling. On Mondays we do P90X, and we start week long events. This week its tennis, last week was volleyball. On wednesdays we do 40 mins in the weight room, and we run a mile or do the pacer each week.

I don't do much. Stretching for about 30minutes.
Some series of push up, etc.
Sometimes, I go for a jog.
Then maybe you could add football to the list.

Half hour of Nike Training Club app for the iPhone. Makes me sweat like a pig and it works just fine. :)

I'm currently in my monthly break of my yearly training for competitive triathlon, so I'm in full rest mode for now, but when I'm working out, my daily schedule is something like:

1. 4500M Swim
2. 140KM Bike
3. 30KM Run

Before I started training seriously at the age of 17, I used to run 5KM a day in high school just for fun.

To the OP:

If you are looking for a daily training method you can use with Dumbells here is the system. Its somekinda bar similar to a dumbbell being used but u can adapt dumbells to it. Each week gives you new exercises to do in edition to the ones from the previous week.
the first 4 or 5 weeks use only bodyweight exrecises to break you into the system.
It's called the:

I also advice not only studying it and it's instructions totally but all the info found in the following as well it will all go far in helping you to train daily with weights and not over train, and while all of the below is not from the Jowett System they are so much in line with Jowetts thinking that studying the information can only help you:
