it certainly keeps coming up in my mind. its actually making me contemplate what i really want to do with my life.

This makes me cry because I realize how much i'm wasting my life. :(

I didn't like it. Suggesting that life is made up of individual compartments of wasted time and that there's only a tiny bit left over that's of value. I see life as a continual stream. There's some deep parts, shallow parts, slow parts, fast parts etc. But it's a continual stream and trying to break it down until you have only once drop of water left is pointless.
