ive been sick since yesterday, and i just masturbated like 10 minutes ago, and i can usually squirt but this time it just dribbled out...
so does being sick slow down the production of sperm?

no it shouldnt but actually it could be because if there is no fluids in your body the amount u ejaculate changes.

so keep drinking fluids to get it back to normal

No it doesn't, though when you're sick you can get dehydrated, so that's probably the reason.
