I agree with the others above that your best bet is to trim or shave them off because if they're getting in the way of jacking off, then they have to go.

To trim your pubes, then you can use a pair of scissors like the ones barbers use, or your best bet is to use a beard trimmer on your pubes.

If you want to remove your pubes, then trim them with the barber's scissors or beard trimmer, then use a razor blade for shaving to get the rest of the hair.

I would trim it back using a beard trimmer if you can get one. Lots of guys shave it off completely, but I found it itched like crazy as it regrew.

It depends on what you want &/or what your partner wants. If they prefer shaved or whatnot then you can base it off that. I'd say shave the base, trim the rest. Thats basically want i do. Its the 'best of both worlds'.
