So I have had a girlfriend for about 3 weeks now. And I wasn't thinking yet of kissing her, I mean we hug and hold hands, but everyone is pressuring me to kiss her. Is it normal to kiss this early in a relationship?

I think 3 weeks is more than enough to kiss, I actually think most couples kiss before that. But if you are not comfortable kissing yet then don't feel pressured to do it.

Well, I kissed on the first date which was 1week into the relationship and all is good. You should be fine. Don't fully force it but make it flow. You will know when to go for it. If you are at a movie at the end say you enjoyed being there and then compliment her(genuinely!!!) and then slowly move in, if she backs away then stop but if she stays there or moves in and go for it, make us proud xD

In my opinion, 3 weeks isn't early in a relationship for kissing.

Until I kiss or get kissed by a guy who I've started a relationship with, it feels weird considering myself as his girlfriend. After that, then it's kind of official.
