PS2 Softmodding

I technically have my hands on two PS2 consoles, and I'm wondering if anyone would know how to softmod one. I need a new project to do and I'm kinda limited on technology to do stuff with at this moment in time. This will crush the block for sure.

I think youtube is your best port of call. I did a quick google search and you get tons of videos on the subject.

I still have my fat PS2 from Day 1, but it isn't softmodded. I knew how to do it, but I don't remember anymore, even though I chose not to. If I ever get my memory back together, I'll let you know! In any case, Google and YouTube are your allies. ;)
