The age difference is definitely very big, so its understandable that you feel awkward around each other. However whats done is done now, and you cant really change that. He would have every reason to feel awkward. Not only is he much older than you but technically he is an adult and you're a minor so what happened is technically against the law. It probably didn't seem like a big deal when he was horny and not thinking right but afterwards he knew it was wrong to do even if you were okay with it. But if you want to be friends with him still as you spend time together things will feel less weird eventually. Just be careful about anything sexual coming up anymore even just in conversation.
