It depends if you are a late bloomer or not. Some start to grow by the start of puberty, and end by the time their 15. Sometimes it doesnt start until you are around 16. It all depends on your body.

As everyone said, it varies a lot! If you're brave enough, ask a male family member (preferably your dad) - you'll probably go through puberty at roughly the same pace as he did.

However, this answer pissed me off to no end when I was younger. I wanted NUMBERS, damnit! So, if you really want to know, the average male's genitals reach full size pretty early on - about 14 or 15 years. "Full size", for Americans (I don't know about other countries) is just over 5 inches on average. Again, remember that these numbers are just estimates - in fact, more people end up not matching these stats than actually matching them.
