Of course it is. You have hair in other places (legs, pubic region), yes? Why not there as well? :P You're a guy, you produce testosterone, which (as well as doing other things) makes hair grow on your body. It's normal.

Ive got it, and its normal. And, interestingly, it WAS a bit scary when I discovered it, fully grown....didnt expect it at all!

yes its normal but i wouldn't recommend shaving it. I heard it grows back hairier.

Yup i have got it.. and really dont mind it, some people do tho i suppose.
Shave it off if you dont like it, but be careful you could easily cut yourself down there, and as someone has already said, it grows back hairier, and thicker
