From your description it seems you parents are more concerned about hygiene that propriety and I also think it more about sweat than cum.

If you sleep naked your sheets will absorb sweat from you more quickly than if there was another layer of cloth between. That isn't a problem it just means it is a good idea to wash them a little more frequently than you would if you didn't sleep naked and that seems to be what they are suggesting. I can't comment on their suggested frequency as it will depend on how sweaty you get but sometime before they get noticiably smelly is appropriate. It is pretty much the same with going commando - if you do that your trousers (pants) will need to be washed more often than if you wear underwear.

Turning to the question of cum on the sheets for a moment most guys cum much more often by masturbating compared to wet dreams and from what I read here most guys prefer not to cum on the sheets either because they don't like the idea of sleeping in it or because they don't want to create "evidence". If you change your sheets regularly you are not going to come to any harm from cum on the sheets and to be fair your parents almost certainly know anyway. Personally I do my own laundry and, while I never set out to cum on the sheets, I don't worry about odd spots or splashes. Cum washes out with ordinary detergent.

As far as being naked is concerned, there is nothing wrong with being naked as long as it is either in private or amongst people who are comfortable with it. Assuming you are talking about your bed at home then that is presumably private. It's 100% normal! Even after puberty many people sleep naked! The fact that your mom wants you to wash your sheets is probably due to the direct body contact with the sheets instead of clothing. :) I'm 15 and sleep naked and love it~
