Okay, Im a boy and 15 years old. 3 weeks ago I had the opportunity to have sex with a girl, (not my girlfriend), and I took it. This was my first time and I was expecting something incredible to happen. But the fact was I didn't get horny at all! I did a lot of things with the girl (Ended up not having sex, just masturbating), and based on what I know I should've been horny. I did have alcohol that night. A lot of it. And I know that this kills your hornyness. So I wasn't very worried the day after.
But a couple of days ago I was invited to have sex with a girl together with 2 other boys (me and the boys didn't do anything with each other), and I still didn't get horny at all! I couldn't even get a little bit of a boner! (Didn't have any alcohol).

The biggest possibility is that your hormones are making your sexual drive low for now. That should stop after a while (a month or so and you should be fine). Hormones around our age are known to be not predictable, best thing is to go with the flow.

First off you're not gay. The weird thing is the harder you try, the more difficult it is to get hard, and the more anxious you get. It then becomes more difficult and then a downward spiral. I'm not sure on the alcohol (I don't drink), but having two other boys there could have made things even worse if you were nervous. Next time, take your time and enjoy a little foreplay. It seems that the harder you try to get aroused, the less likley you will. You can't really 'force' to get horny, it just comes with foreplay etc. So, next time, use the foreplay to get aroused enough, then when you're ready, go for it.
