Anyone ever had any embarrassing moments showering naked? I'm from the uk and heard that in the US it is compulsory to shower after sport at school?

Nope, here at least in my school is not mandatory to take showers dude. I never take it after PE or soccer practice is just up 2U.

we dont shower after PE but after a soccer game or practice we shower if it is a home game. if it is away we dont have to shower. there r some embarrassing times like two guys have to share a shower head. the eye contacts with some guys r funny. i dont mind it tho.

why wouldnt you wait for a shower head? I shower after my sport home and away so i understand the eye contact thing. Im 18 though so showering doesnt seem that weird at my age

after a home game in the shower room the football players r also showering after their practice or lifting. we dont always have to share a shower head but it has happened. i do what i have to do and go fast.

its bad enough being too close to people, I couldn't imagine having to share a shower head! get some weird people in showers after swimming and sport!

It's optional at my school but most of us do it. The only time someone gets embarrassed is if he points out something about another guy's genitals, then he gets teased for looking.
And no one shares a shower head. You just rinse off quickly and the the next guy takes you spot.

u seem to b uncomfortable with showering. there r a few guys that probably dont like it. if u play on a team u have to think that at one time u will have to b naked with the other guys. if u show that u r scared ur gonna b singled
out by the other guys. :whoops:

i dont have a problem with most of it often just when you catch someone looking it often freaks me out a little. not enough for me to be embarrassed just makes me shyer I suppose

im from the US. ohhh my gym class some of the people are so immature. Its not even funny. Im in highschool btw and we dont take showers we get 5 minutes get dressed and get to the next class.

It's not mandatory where I am. But if you are coming in after playing a sport or coming back from practice, it's in your best interest to shower. There's nothing wrong with showering naked. You're all guys there, I see no problem with it. I don't mind doing it, you just have to get in, shower, and get out.

In muy country Argentina we shower nude after gym or after playing soccer, even at beach.....tottaly normal

I shower naked with my 8 best friends after Football 3 times a week. So it's not embarrassing for us at all anymore. We are all very comfortable with it.

Nothing really embarrassing happens, as long as you don't have a reason to be made fun of or something. I remember one guy peed on his friend, some guys get hard like 5% but that's all.

ik, but, here in england we have showers (in my school) but nobody uses them cause most us us live close to the school. i always have a shower at home after badminton or something. the only time i have had a shower equivalent to what u guys were talking about was when when i went on a trip, and everyone showered with their boxers on. nothing embarrassing happened at all.

i don't shower at school, that starts next year. me and friends rinse off at the beach nude and have been doing it for years. just recently I've been getting erections when we shower but they don't last long and my friends don't say anything.

I'm from the UK as well, so i haven't had a shower after P.E at school. But i used to go to Army Cadets, and we would always have to walk around and shower naked in large communal showers with all the other guys after training, or whilst we were getting dressed in the morning. So everyone used to be able to see each other naked, but it wasn't anything awkward. We even used to j/o in front of each other and it was never a big deal.
