Hello there
So from the past two years I've had loads of sprains, mainly on my left ankle which has also suffered a ligament tear. And because of too many sprains, I keep getting sudden muscle pains in my ankle or if I run let's say about 150 m, it starts hurting...
Any remedies guys?

Have you tried wearing an ankle brace? My friend had something similar from doing cross country. He stayed away from running for awhile and wore the brace. It helped.

Currently going through this. I chipped a bone in my ankle about five years ago, was in a boot for a while, and since then I twist my ankle constantly. What I've read about recent studies is that they're finding it's less to do with the stretching of the ligament and more about the damage to the nerves in your ankle that send the messages to your brain about your ankle's position. Balance on your good foot and see how long you can stand on it without losing your balance. Now do your bad foot. I lose my balance about five seconds in but I can do it no problem on my other leg.
If you can't afford/don't have access to physical therapy, you can do home exercises. Stand on your bad foot for thirty seconds straight, having a table or something to keep you propped up when needed, at least once a day every day. Balance training is supposedly the best treatment other than preventing re-injury. I wear an ankle sock when I'm over-exerting my ankle during long periods of standing or hiking, but I avoid wearing this every day so my ankle doesn't weaken again.

If that ligament is healed maybe apply some balm on the area and massaging it...also wear an ace bandage at home
