Sadie Hawkins?

There's a Sadie Hawkins dance coming up soon at a group for teens. I don't know any guys super well, but there's about 80 people who go. Anyways, I have some questions. I'm pretty sure most girls are asking guys either in or outside the teen group, so would it be awkward if I went alone? Also, if I do ask a guy, is it weird if he doesn't know me super well? Most everyone goes to the same school except for me and a few exceptions. What if I'm in 10th grade and he's a senior? Is that weird? Just wondering your thoughts.

You could always ask the guy to go with you to the dance as friends. Also creates an opportunity to get to know him better. :)

Yeah, its totally fine! I go to dances alone with friends, its all about having F.U.N!!

It's not weird at all. We have one at my school, and I knew a lot of freshmen that were going with these dances with seniors. Although it gave everybody a bad impression of the senior, there's nothing wrong with it. Also, it would be perfectly fine if you went alone. There are a few people at my school who went to every dance alone. Others just went with a group of friends, but not as a date. Just as friends.
