as someone who hates change, i'm reluctant to accept a new doctor, but then again i hated matt at first when he replaced my doctor. i'll probably be glad when peter's been around for a while.

Yeah, When we lost David, I refused to watch it for months. But, I gradually learned to love Matts little quirks, and he's turned out to be one of my favorites. So, I'm trying to go into Peter's chapter with an open mind.

Yes. I started watching from the start of series 4 onwards, liked series 5 and 6, but found series 7 a bit cheesy. I hope series 8 will be better.
