Ok so we are in our teens, he works in a hair dresser and dresses nice and stuff, he acts very straight and sometimes he stays over at mine and i wake up in the night to find his arm around me or one time he kissed me in his sleep and he always talks about how he takes too long to cum during sex with girls and that he gets bored of sex and how he cant get hard and stuff but at the same time hes always getting with girls?

There's not enough information to say for sure he is gay. The only true way you'll know is if he tells you he is. But I don't recommend you push him into telling you whether or not he is. If he really is gay, he will eventually tell you. But honestly, I think you are over-thinking this, and taking what he says/does the wrong way.

You might be overthinking this. Find out more about him to test your ideas. Him kissing you might mean he's bi, but it's not enough information to make final guesses on.

This isnt really enough information. He kissed you IN his sleep. Did he actually wake up and do it? or did he do it in his sleep? It could just be a dream, where he was kissing a girl or someone, and he kissed you while he was in that dream. The puberty related conversation, might just be general puberty, so theres no sign of BIness in that. Not really sure about the arm around, unless that was part of the dream also.

The best way to approach this is either wait for him to say something, or ask him in a polite manor, and that if he is Bi, that it wont ruin your friendship.
