just curious what you guys all think, we all got the impression that he was sent from heaven in 2008 but now i have a feeling that he might be the most corrupt presidents in US history....warren g harding...., i still prefer him over mccain im not sure about romney though, anyway obama does have 4 years left but he is increasingly is looking more and more bizarre especially with his syria mishap, one of his biggest strong suits over the past 4 years was his foreign affairs, was hillary clinton really that integral to it? because in all honesty john kerry is doing a pretty lousy job...anyway i feel like im rambling here...no pun intended....
what do you think of obama in general? take this debate anywhere you like...within ethical rules of this forum

Obama's the real Slim Shady.
Bad jokes aside, I don't take much of a political standpoint, so I haven't been following any of Obama's actions too closely. I was following the Syrian dilemma and Obama's mishap hasn't made me think any less or differently of him. I thought he dealt with it reasonably well though, all considered... better than Putin getting an editorial in the NY Times. I'm just glad he supports gay marriage, really.

He's gotten quite a bit accomplished, fallen short on other things, but you can't expect much when we're usually forced to choose between the lesser of two evils with anything involving politics.

I believe he is a decent president and better than the other possible candidates really. Why do I believe he is a decent president? Because he acknowledges that the rest of the world exists and the US is not the center of the universe. The US is doomed anyways, but you can't blame Obama for that.

I freakin hate it when people try to pin the blame on one sole person, when the shit that is going wrong is actually the result of consecutive mistakes made by multiple politicians.

Saying that is also wrong in some cases because sometimes its not even fault of the politicians, sometimes its fault of the people.

He is like all politicians(except a few), he just did most of the "good things" for votes. Any other politician would do the same thing, and we all do to. If you want something from your parents then you do something nice first. I think hes one of the most corrupt presidents. More shady deals have happened when he was in office then any other president. He doesnt recognize everyone, he just tricked you into voting for him. Find any "good" things hes ever done and it was for a minority vote. He signed a Battered Native American, Homosexual, Mexican, bill right before the second election. I dont think it was a coincidence. And dont even get me started on Benghazi or gun control... the point is, with all his shady deals and corruptness, why hasnt he been impeached? Obamacare makes you fill out a survey and if you do dangerous activities or jobs(Sports, 4-wheeling, construction, ect) then you get an extra tax. Is that fair? I dont think so.

Putin made obama and thus America look stupid in the syrian crisis, Obama did such a bad job with Syria he ruined America's image in the world scale... that being said he has 4 years left... back in 2011 after we got bin Laden many considered him as one of b the greatest presidents ever

Obama is one of the most corrupt men to ever set foot in the Oval Office. You look at what happened with the Patriot Day attack on our Embassy in Benghazi, with the IRS scandal, the AP Fox News scandal, his illegal nominations, his refusal to enforce the laws, the Fast and Furious scandal...
I could go on and on. This guy is on par with Nixon. But he'd never be impeached because of the culture. The mainstream media virtually ignores all these stories. Obama could shoot Lady Gaga's head off on live TV during the Grammys and he'd still be in office.

I don't like all of his policies, more specifically his foreign policy and giving billions to the genocidal Zionist state of Israel but I rather have Obama over warmonger Mccain or Romney.
I think hes doing a OK job with the economy considering the bullshit that was handed to him when he got in office. I don't know why these tea party people and conservatives think that a 17 trillion dollars of debt can be magically wished away in a few years.

Its really not that hard to get rid of that debt. It would take a few years but its easy. And remember when he "promised" to have the debt cut done by his first term? Apparently a politicians promises dont count...
1# Stop giving Egypt, Iran, and other countries money and weapons.
2# Stop giving "Diplomats" $100,000+ to them for coming over here.
3# Pull our troops, and stop being "Big Brother" to everyone.
4# Stop relying on foreign oil and start using solar power, like Germany does.
5# Cut your own and congresses pay down to only roughly $20 dollars an hour.
6# Legalize marijuana and tax it since it is proven to do less damage than tobacco and beer (optional)
I could go on and on about ideas to cut down the debt. All this i estimate should take care of the debt in about 5 to 10 years. At the most 20 for the switch to solar.

Yes. That's how life insurance works. If you're at higher risk of getting injured or dying, the more likely it is for something severe to happen, and the more likely it is for that to happen, the more you should pay because your chances of receiving good coverage is higher. There's a lot of advanced mathematics and statistics that go into it.

You really wanna debate this? The Bushes never left people to die for political gain. They also never used the nations tax agency to oppress their political opponents.
Obama should show his Birth Certificate, and he has, just like every other presidential candidate as it proves you are qualified to run for office. As for his grades, he totally has a right not to release them I just think it looks suspicious. Especially considering he was president of the Harvard Law Review and never wrote a single law review.

Really? If Obama Care passes then that could equal about a %50+ tax on your paycheck. Try living with a family with a $500 dollar check when you have bills and need food. Why should they look into our personal lives and force us to get insurance?

Jesse Ventura opened alot of peoples eyes. Obama and Romney both promised more jobs. A president can't make jobs and do you know why? The only job a president can make is a government job which is funded by taxes... Its basically defeating the purpose. And we gave Egypt Fighter Planes and money, Iran we just gave money and guns. Im not to familiar with the middle east so i may be wrong but i know that the part about Egypt is true. And no, but oil is a big part of the economy and we do get a lot of it from over seas. Germany is switching to solar instead on nuclear power, why cant we do the same? And i dont need a degree to see whats wrong with this country. Its is obvious to me, why not to others? Obama has issued executive orders on almost everything he wants passed. Is he following the so-called "rules"?

Well what was he then? All those are facts. He was kicked out of school for pot, he was a racist(He said to his girlfriend on the phone that a "Crazy cracker was following him"), and attacking someone for even looking at you is the standard thug thing to do. Ted hit the nail on the head. So who's the racist now again? And hes right about gun control, it only applies to LAW abiding citizens, not criminals. Does a criminal follow laws? Hell no! Would a criminal enter a neighborhood where people have guns and could defend themselves? No! Would a criminal enter an unarmed neighborhood where he could do what he wanted? Yes!
mitt romney wouldnt be that bad, teg nugent didnt even go to college!!!
Neither did most presidents especially from the 1900s on back. It doesnt take a college degree it takes courage, brains, and good morals that make a good president. Which Obama is lacking severely.

I agreed with the birth certificate crowd until one was released. You should have to prove your eligibility before running for President.
The 47 percent quote...
Or stuff like these:
"I like being able to fire people who provide services to me."
"I'm not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there."
"As president, I will create 12 million new jobs." —Mitt Romney, during the second presidential debate
"Government does not create jobs. Government does not create jobs." —Mitt Romney, 45 minutes later (Oct. 16, 2012)
"My dad, as you probably know, was the governor of Michigan and was the head of a car company. But he was born in Mexico... and had he been born of, uh, Mexican parents, I'd have a better shot at winning this. But he was unfortunately born to Americans living in Mexico. He lived there for a number of years. I mean, I say that jokingly, but it would be helpful to be Latino."
"Actually, I didn't say that." –Mitt Romney, when asked about his oft-cited quote that 47 percent of Americans can't be persuaded to take personal responsibility, Washington Post interview, July 28, 2013
"Syria is Iran's only ally in the Arab world. It's their route to the sea."
"Is $100,000 middle income?" -George Stephanopoulos
"No, middle income is $200,000 to $250,000 and less." -Mitt Romney, ABC's "Good Morning America," Sept. 14, 2012
"I'll take a lot of credit for the fact that this industry's come back." –Mitt Romney, on the American auto industry, despite having written a New York Times op-ed in 2008 titled "Let Detroit Go Bankrupt," in which he said if GM, Ford and Chrysler got a government bailout "you can kiss the American automotive industry goodbye"
"I should tell my story. I'm also unemployed." —Mitt Romney, speaking in 2011 to unemployed people in Florida. Romney's net worth is over $200 million.
"I get speaker's fees from time to time, but not very much." —Mitt Romney, who earned $374,000 in speaking fees in one year according to according to his personal financial disclosure (January 2012)
"I'm not familiar precisely with what I said, but I'll stand by what I said, whatever it was." —Mitt Romney (May 17, 2012)
I'm sure there are more out there... The press releases he made during the Libyan embassy attack were great too. As I recall he made his first press release blasting Obamas response to the attack before Obama had even made a press release lol.
And seriously with this birth certificate crap do you people actually believe someone can just run for president without having to provide a birth certificate to the authorities before running??????? Or is one man so all mighty that he can just do whatever he wants to destroy 'murica hurr hurr

Yes, Pelosi and Reid and the congresspeople they led share a lot of the responsibility too.
What horribly stupid and inconsiderate things?
Oh, you mean like this:
"if you've got a business, you didn't build that, somebody else made that happen."
Or how about this:
"The private sector is doing fine."
Oh, wait, that was OBAMA who said those stupid and inconsiderate things.
I agreed with the birth certificate crowd until one was released. You should have to prove your eligibility before running for President.
Then why are you just hating on him in your posts? If Bush and his administration was doing their job, there would be no problems. The republicans said far more stupid things.
