so I am a freshman in high school. I've heard a lot of juniors and seniors talking about sex. I've heard some freshman too. So I was wondering do most people have sex for the first time in school or are they just joking around?

hmm for sure age matters at least in sence of law but its more based on emotion and personality in my point of view. you can be 20 and still a virgin for waiting your mr. right. other girls start to be active at 14......everybody should ask this question for itself.

A lot of guys lie about it. Don't run out and have sex because you think you need to fit it. There's plenty of 18-19 year old guys I know on teen forums who are still virgins and not the least bit ashamed of that. Many guys insist on waiting until they're married. So when it come to guys your age there are scores of virgins - many of who lie about having had sex.

Some are probably just lying about it to look better, show off to friends, and try to become popular. It doesnt work. The best time to wait to have it, is up to you. You can wait until marriage or until you seem ready. Just dont make a mistake and regret it, which is why its better to wait.

Idek why people say they had sex at 13-15 yrs old with pride. All that shows is that you have no patience and even less self control. Listen, as meany have said don't let peer pressure tell you "she's the one" until your brain also agrees.

The farthest a lot of kids go in high school is oral, most of my friends who got any action only got head.. The first I heard of people having sex was junior year but it isn't very common.

Everyone gets ready in their own time, I was ready when I was 15 but others are older or some are younger. I think the most important thing it to wrap up so pregnancies don't happen till your ready for them.

Most people lose their virginity in high school, college or university, but most teenagers lie about themselves, so don't believe everything you hear. :P
