I'm having a bit of space issues down there recently and I currently alternate between boxers and boxer briefs. I want to try briefs (haven't worn since I was really young) but my mum says I wouldn't like them? Even if they don't fix the space issue I would still like to try them (and weirdly enough the idea of them arouses me) so my questions are, will they help, what brands, should i order some online just to try, what if my mum finds them and asks? Also briefs seem somewhat babyish and embarrassing. Thanks!

A nice pair of CK briefs are as good as any other pair of underwear. Try them! You might like them. :)

I wear regular briefs after wearing boxer briefs to avoid embarassment in the gym locker room but I don't care about haters. If they are hating on underwear then they are really immature and insecure.

Underwear is just underwear. I don't see the big issue with briefs at all! I wear them and im 17. Briefs do help definitely, and very comfortable. Get fruit of the loom/Hanes. Go to the store to see what designs you like because online wont show all the variety in colors. Matter fact, I went out and bought some ftl stripe/solid briefs earlier. Don't worry about what other people think. Just think, briefs show more of your "guys" and be proud.

I had the same issue with boxers and boxer-briefs and didn't like the fit.

I would look at the Andrew Christian brand their "Almost Naked" briefs are extremely comfortable to wear. They have a pouch/pocket that allows your lower half to be not smashed in. I wear them everyday and love them. 2(x)ist has some good ones as well.

I would say just go out and get some briefs. I have all different styles of underwear. Try Hanes Comfort Soft Briefs, I think they are comfortable. If you really want to be daring buy some panties. I started wearing panties a few months ago. I may even start wearing them all the time.

I don't really understand what you mean by space issues, whether you mean there's too much space or not enough. But anyway if you want to try briefs, go for it. If your mother doesn't want to buy them for you just get them yourself. You don't have to get fancy expensive ones right away if you just want to see how they feel just get something decent from your local department store. Every pair of underwear I own right now I bought myself. Also don't worry about what anyone else is going to think, as long as they fit right no one will think twice about it.

there isn't really a difference of feeling between briefs and boxer briefs, its just that boxer briefs are basically longer, but the feeling in the concerned area is pretty much the same.
if you like the feeling of boxer briefs, there is no reason you won't like briefs

briefs are not kiddish unless there is stuff on it like cartoons, dynosaurs, or fire trucks ^^

If you want to try briefs, go for it. I see no issue with that. Just get the Hanes boxer briefs to see if you like them. If you do like them, maybe get some of the higher end ones that are more comfortable.

Buy what you want to dude. Ask your friends what they like if you see their briefs. I wear them all the time and I don't care what others think. I use to wear the standard Hanes but switched to Calvin's or Ralph Lauren types since they fit a little better. If you don't like briefs, try the trunk style. They fit like briefs but not as big as boxer briefs.

(There Spandex/cotton) Hotttttttt http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-love008.gif

But if you want to wear briefs, that completely up to you!
Your mom isn't the one who is wearing them, You are.
And underwear shouldn't be embarrassing..
Besides, who's really gonna see them other than
you and your partner. :)

It's completly up to you. Your mum doesn't know if you'll like them or not, so try 'em if you want. I can't really help with brands, I wear boxer-briefs so...

Don't listen to what you're mom is saying, you're the one that will be wearing them.

I've worn briefs for years, and they're awesome. I need some with a bigger pouch, because ordinary ones do not have nearly as much space in the front that I need .

My favorite brands are 2xist and andrew Christian.
